According to UPS, my Harsch Fermenting Crock left Seacaucus, NJ, at 5:24 A.M. this morning.
There's an outside chance I'll get it by Friday so may be able to begin a batch of sauerkraut this weekend! Yippie Skippie!
The only other news here is that E finally ate and enjoyed a peanut butter and jelly sandwich today. A new doorway has opened...
I wish my child would eat peanut butter. The lunch thing would be easier...
