I've mentioned recently that my body aches after a hard day in the garden. It does, but it also aches all of the time anyway. I've been trying to figure out what's going on... weight, back out of alignment, heel spurs causing muscles to grip and tense up all the way up my legs, perimenopause, hormonal changes, early arthritis.
I woke up this morning with my pain 50% reduced. I was able to walk like a woman of my (middle) age, and I felt hope for the day. The relief was enough to put a spring in my step! At 3pm, the pain is still at the reduced level. I feel some stiffness and deep soreness, but half of it is gone.
What happened? What's different?
I'm not sure.
The only thing I can think of is that I have eaten fish two or three times more than usual this week -- like five times instead of two times. Could it be?
Could be! Those EFAs in fish keep everything working together smoothly. You might look into some Nordic Natural Fish Oil as a daily supplement. It certainly won't hurt!
P.S. Your oil will be ready to mail tomorrow or Monday!
