Conversation over breakfast at Slappy Cakes (make your own pancakes on the griddle in the middle of the table!  fun!)...

Me:  Hon, do you think I should color my hair again?

D:  What purpose are you trying to achieve?

Me:  Well, I want to look better.  Is the gray working for me right now?  I wonder if there is enough gray now that it sort of "works" these days?

D:  Well, if you are trying to look less like a grandmother, then you should color your hair.

Me:  oooph!
