This pickle is crunchy, sour and spicy. It leaves a faint tingle on the lips for a good five minutes or more after biting into it.
This pickle also is legal. All that angst about certifying the kitchen was to share this fresh, brined goodness with you. I'll be selling Curious Farm pickles -- spicy, classic, and a few surprises -- this fall.

Frankly, Betsy, I need more taste-testers -- especially for the half-sours, which are my favorites, too. The recipe is being fine-tuned now that I'm running a legal joint. (Half-sours are mildly dangerous because they don't ferment as long sometimes.) Shall I add you to the official test panel? I respect your palate on these matters.
